My name is Consol Mas de Torres, I was born in Banyoles, I am 47 years old and I am a lawyer, businesswoman and mother of two children. Since I finished my degree, I have been working for Planas Casas Advocats in Banyoles, except during the season when my passion for politics led me to the Office of the Vice-President of the Generalitat, in the Department of Governance and Institutional Relations.

Precisely this concern made me for 8 years a councilor in my town and County Councilor. I have a degree in Corporate Communication and Communication Strategies, I have training in managerial skills for female leadership, I am a member of the AGE and also secretary of the Girona Marketing and Sales Club. I am also a collaborator of the Senior Management Program for small and medium-sized companies in Girona (PadPime), I coordinate and organize the Cactus Awards.

I promote many projects in the province of Girona such as parades, workshops, charity events and entrepreneurship talks.

In addition, I like cinema, music, photography and I am passionate about traveling and getting to know different countries and cultures. I love sharing my free time with my kids, family and friends. I also love painting. I don't have much time to devote to brushes and canvases, but this passion has led me to the subject "ART A L'AULA".

My passion for painting has led me to coordinate an art project for boys and girls.

This project aims to bring art closer to the schools of La Garrotxa and Pla de l’Estany. Different artists, recognized at the county and national level, teach children plastic or sculptural techniques so that they can acquire knowledge from the three fundamental aspects of all learning: observing, learning and creating. So, thanks to observation and learning, students create their own art. The work they do is published in a catalog that is distributed free of charge to all schools participating in the project and to libraries in the area. In addition, there is an exhibition of the works carried out.

I feel very identified with the phrase that says life is like a mirror, if you smile at it ... It smiles you again! I consider myself an enterprising, passionate, professional and intuitive person. I believe in the role of female leadership in companies, combined with that of male leadership.
