At Roosik&Co we want your experience to be impeccable. If you need to make an exchange or return, we make it easy and safe for you.

 

Exchanges and returns: terms and conditions

You have 15 calendar days from receipt of the order to request:

  • A change
  • A refund
  • A size adjustment (when technically possible)

The piece must be in perfect condition, without signs of use, and with its original packaging.

 

How to request a refund or exchange

  1. Contact us

    Write to shop@roosik.com, indicating:
    If you do not receive confirmation within 24 business hours, call us so we can check that there has been no technical incident: +34 972 204 785
  2. Prepare the package

    Wrap and protect the jewelry carefully, using the original packaging.
    Remember: the piece must arrive in perfect condition.

  3. Guaranteed collection

    We will organize a collection via insured courier, on the date that suits you best.
    The package must be well closed and protected.

  4. Refund

    Once we receive the piece and it passes quality control, we will refund the amount through the same payment method used.

    The maximum period is 14 working days.

Return costs

Shipping and return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

In the event of an error or incident attributable to Roosik&Co, we will assume all expenses.

 

Exceptions: personalized or custom-made pieces

Due to the handmade nature of these creations, returns are not accepted for:

  • Custom pieces
  • Pieces with engravings
  • Custom-made pieces
  • Parts modified according to customer request

Yes, we accept adjustments or size changes, as long as it is technically possible.

This condition is included in article 103 of RDL 1/2007, which regulates the exceptions to the right of withdrawal.

 

Size changes

Roosik&Co offers size changes when the garment technically allows it.
We will recommend the best option depending on the type of ring or jewelry.

 

Maintenance service

Roosik&Co jewelry has an after-sales maintenance service to which you are entitled if the piece was purchased in our physical or online store.

  • The first service is free if it is performed within the first two years from purchase.
  • From then on, we offer a preferential price for Roosik&Co customers.
  • Shipping costs, if necessary, are the responsibility of the customer.

Legal guarantee

The warranty covers manufacturing defects, not wear and tear from normal use, bumps, scratches, chemical damage, loss of gems due to impact or handling, or repairs made by third parties.
