We premiere The Inner Bloom Sessions with Ffitcoco
Imagine a place far from the urban hustle and bustle, a space dedicated to conceptual growth, gastronomy and talent development. Imagine a leading woman in the world of wellness and healthy lifestyle. Well, exactly that: an exclusive setting like Esperit Roca for a ffitpilates session led by Coco Constans , @fittcoco . A luxury collaboration for the premiere of The Inner Bloom Sessions!
This first meeting took place on December 12, 2025. Harmony dominated the room, with the 50 participating women dressed in Dash & Stars t-shirts, a brand that had also facilitated the mats . And the @fittcoco session began, inspired by the HeptaBloom pendant made of Burmese jade , working with the values of this gem through movement. There was a sense of serenity, balance, calm... and at the same time, a solid strength that flowed from within each woman.
After the session, a toast for all the participants gave way to a brunch hosted by Esperit Roca, from El Celler de Can Roca. At the tables, the beauty and energy of the jewels from the HeptaBloom collection could be appreciated up close, which shone in the center, as if they were flower buds. It was a relaxed moment to share sensations and to enjoy the closeness of Coco Constans and Jordi Rosich, who revealed how they met and the great complicity that immediately developed between them.
