> Description

A symphony of coloured gemstones, that’s the philosophy behind the designs in the Dégradés series from the Blossom collection. Jordi Rosich, Roosik&Co.’s designer, has achieved a harmonious association between the natural tones of the three gemstones that decorate this ring, creating a vibrant posy in cool or warm dégradé colours: the blue of three types of topaz in the first case; and the combination of garnet, rose quartz and citrine in the other, always accompanied by a trio of diamonds. Using different styles of cut for the main gemstones makes this individual ring even more vibrant.

About metals and gems

Creativity and Savoir Faire

The designer jewelery from Roosik & Co is inspired by personal experiences that express the sensitivity and delicacy with which they were created. Jordi Rosich, gemologist, incruster and certified engraver, specialist in diamonds, signs the pieces of Roosik&Co, who designs and works by hand in his shop in Girona. The creations from Roosik&Co combine precious metals and gemstones in an evocative and nostalgic collection. They are elegant and beautiful jewelry while suggestive, jewelry to awaken the emotion of those who wear them.

Blue Topaz

Topaz can be found in a variety of colours: green, yellow, red, pink, gold... and also in blue, which is undoubtedly the most popular for this gemstone. This colour is difficult to find, however, and some of the most important deposits are located in England (Cornwall), Scotland and Northern Ireland. This is a very hard gemstone but, even so, it has to be protected against knocks as it can split in an instant, like a diamond. The deep tones of blue topaz add depth to any piece of jewellery; perhaps that's why it's one of the most popular gemstones. At Roosik&Co. blue topaz is used in earrings, rings and necklaces.

White Gold

White gold gets its colour from being an alloy of yellow gold and at least one white metal, such as silver, combined in a range of percentages; Roosik&Co. normally uses palladium to achieve a whiter result. White gold is widely used in jewellery as it's as easy to work with as yellow gold and combines very elegantly with all kinds of stones, especially with diamonds, the reason why Roosik&Co. uses it extensively for engagement and solitaire rings but also for necklaces and earrings, both in the Eternal and the Blossom collections.
