SCRIPT PENDANT WITH AN INITIAL IN WHITE GOLD AND COLOURED GEMSTONE

Nothing represents a person quite as much as their initial. That’s why Jordi Rosich, jeweller, setter and gemmologist, has created the Script collection of pendants for Roosik&Co., available in white, yellow and rose gold. At the heart of the pendant, composed of a capital letter, Jordi Rosich has added a cut coloured gemstone, chosen by the client, which plays at hide and seek with the metal. A piece of jewellery inspired by the illuminated script in medieval choirbooks, the initials in the Script collection are accompanied by a touch of colour to add light to the name. Available in all letters of the alphabet.

About metals and gems

Creativity and Savoir Faire

The designer jewelery from Roosik & Co is inspired by personal experiences that express the sensitivity and delicacy with which they were created. Jordi Rosich, gemologist, incruster and certified engraver, specialist in diamonds, signs the pieces of Roosik&Co, who designs and works by hand in his shop in Girona. The creations from Roosik&Co combine precious metals and gemstones in an evocative and nostalgic collection. They are elegant and beautiful jewelry while suggestive, jewelry to awaken the emotion of those who wear them.

Amethyst

The amethyst is a variety of quartz known for its characteristic violet colour which can be more or less dark. For example, Siberian grade amethysts have reddish hues and are the most highly prized variety. This gemstone was already being worked and used in jewellery in Ancient Egypt and is associated with power: it was one of the favourite gemstones of Russia's Catherine the Great and is often worn by bishops and cardinals. At Roosik&Co. it's used for modern collections, both in necklaces and also for earrings and bracelets.

White Gold

White gold gets its colour from being an alloy of yellow gold and at least one white metal, such as silver, combined in a range of percentages; Roosik&Co. normally uses palladium to achieve a whiter result. White gold is widely used in jewellery as it's as easy to work with as yellow gold and combines very elegantly with all kinds of stones, especially with diamonds, the reason why Roosik&Co. uses it extensively for engagement and solitaire rings but also for necklaces and earrings, both in the Eternal and the Blossom collections.
