BLOSSOM BUNCH BLUE HOOP EARRINGS IN WHITE GOLD WITH BLUE SAPPHIRES

One of the freshest and most engaging pieces of jewellery by Jordi Rosich for the Bunch series of Roosik&Co.’s Blossom collection. These classic hoop earrings are made in white gold but have a daring design, using main motif from the Bunch series, a cluster of sapphires, in this case blue. An incredibly modern accessory for relaxed women with a youthful spirit. Earrings that are very easy to wear thanks to their back fastening, providing the perfect accessory for a fresh look.

About metals and gems

Creativity and Savoir Faire

The designer jewelery from Roosik & Co is inspired by personal experiences that express the sensitivity and delicacy with which they were created. Jordi Rosich, gemologist, incruster and certified engraver, specialist in diamonds, signs the pieces of Roosik&Co, who designs and works by hand in his shop in Girona. The creations from Roosik&Co combine precious metals and gemstones in an evocative and nostalgic collection. They are elegant and beautiful jewelry while suggestive, jewelry to awaken the emotion of those who wear them.

Sapphire

Deep blue is the colour most often associated with sapphire although this precious stone can also be found with reddish and even yellow tones. This is the hardest mineral after the diamond and, together with diamonds, rubies and emeralds, is one of the four most important precious stones in the world. The intensity of the velvety blue colour of each stone is what determines the value of a sapphire. Some have become legendary, such as the Star of India, a sapphire discovered in Sri Lanka 300 years ago, stolen and then recovered from the American Natural History Museum. Due to the charisma of this gemstone, Jordi Rosich uses it for jewellery with a lot of symbolic content, such as the pieces from the Eternal collection.

White Gold

White gold gets its colour from being an alloy of yellow gold and at least one white metal, such as silver, combined in a range of percentages; Roosik&Co. normally uses palladium to achieve a whiter result. White gold is widely used in jewellery as it's as easy to work with as yellow gold and combines very elegantly with all kinds of stones, especially with diamonds, the reason why Roosik&Co. uses it extensively for engagement and solitaire rings but also for necklaces and earrings, both in the Eternal and the Blossom collections.
