BLOSSOM BUD ROSE GOLD RING WITH CITRINE

One of the stars of the Blossom collection is the Blossom Bud ring, available in different types of gold and natural gemstones. In this case Jordi Rosich, jeweller, setter, gemmologist and designer at Roosik&Co., has combined rose gold with a beautiful citrine stone, creating a ring of exquisite beauty. On its own or in an engaging combination with other finishes, the Blossom Bud ring has guaranteed value and will be popular with all kinds of women. It’s also perfect for combining with the Blossom Bud earrings from the same collection, which can be customised on request in the same kind of finish.

About metals and gems

Creativity and Savoir Faire

The designer jewelery from Roosik & Co is inspired by personal experiences that express the sensitivity and delicacy with which they were created. Jordi Rosich, gemologist, incruster and certified engraver, specialist in diamonds, signs the pieces of Roosik&Co, who designs and works by hand in his shop in Girona. The creations from Roosik&Co combine precious metals and gemstones in an evocative and nostalgic collection. They are elegant and beautiful jewelry while suggestive, jewelry to awaken the emotion of those who wear them.

Citrine

From the French citron, which means lemon, citrine is a coloured gemstone from the quartz family and can take on a wide range of tones, from very pale yellow to colours such as orangey coffee and even some golden hues; as well as a variety of cuts. At Roosik&Co. it's used particularly in the Blossom collection where its yellowish tones add a touch of freshness and vivacity to the jewellery. In ancient times it was associated with the planet Mercury and, in the Middle Ages, citrine was believed to act as a talisman against skin problems: today it's a gemstone linked with success and prosperity.

Rose Gold

This metal gets its characteristic pink tone from being an alloy between gold and a mixture of copper and silver. Rose gold can be redder when it has a larger proportion of copper and whiter or paler in tone by increasing the proportion of silver. Rose gold is sometimes combined with yellow gold and white gold but it's also worked on its own as it conveys a gentler character than yellow gold to the pieces, giving them a more classic but modern style. Jordi Rosich makes some engagement rings in rose gold, using a singular design that stands out from more traditional pieces.
